I welcomed Sheela Na Gig into my workspace recently, she is an ancient pagan symbol that represents both birth, and death. The artist of this particular image, Jennifer Wainwright expressed “I believe she represents the birth of the entire world and the miracle of life and death.”
I’m pleased to have a symbol of miracles, birth and death to accompany and witness the therapeutic work I do, I hope some of her magic helps us along.
