Everyone can use more kindness in their lives. Scientific evidence shows us the positive effects of doing kind acts for others as well as receiving or even witnessing kindness. When we tune into kindness happening around us, the day seems a little bit brighter. The week seems a little more manageable.
Kindness doesn’t have to be big. It doesn’t even have to be for people you know. You can pay it forward any time, a smile, a few words, recognising someone’s need and meeting it, just showing you care.
