Meditation is not about clearing your mind. It’s not about control. It’s about perspective. Meditation is about finding the stillness within the chaos of continually changing thoughts and feelings, it’s about a different way of relating to the perpetual motion. Stillness and movement are not opposites, and you are not your thoughts and feelings. They pass through you, and you are so, so much more.
