How do you want the pandemic to have changed you?

Here we are, in the midst of what for many feels a long, dark month. Lockdown, short days, cold, it’s perhaps not the greatest mix. And yet, along with the pain and discomfort, it does offer the opportunity to reflect on difference, and similarity, and working out how the last 12 months have shaped who you want to be.

Here are a few reflection questions to start the week:

What do I want to keep from the changes I have made to cope with the pandemic?

What do I want to reclaim from the times before?

What impact do I want to have on my community and the world at large going forwards? How am I going to do this?

We know from the evidence base that connection is an antidote to mental health issues. Connection to ourselves, to others, to nature, to meaningful values, to meaningful work, to a sense of the future. How connected do you feel just now, and how can you increase this?
