Therapy begins with an initial assessment, a conversation in which we can understand what’s happening for you currently and how you would like things to change. You will be given information about how therapy works, and will be able to make an informed decision about whether I am the right therapist for you.

Following assessment, therapy varies in number of appointments and frequency depending on individual needs.

I am available to see clients in Sherburn Village near Durham on Monday afternoons and evenings, Wednesday afternoon and evenings, Fridays between 9am and 5pm and Saturdays between 9am and 2pm
